Description
Course Syllabus
"The syllabus that follows is a clinician to clinician guide to practical nutritional counselling. It is not intended to be an exhaustive treatise of metabolic biochemistry, but rather the elements of clinical nutrition as applied to the common, and often lethal degenerative diseases that constitute most of morbidity that besieges Western physicians, dietitian and other health-care professionals today. This work is intended as a study-guide to complement the accredited continuing education course, "Putting Nutrition to Work in Clinical Practice."
