Kusum Parakh grew up in a large family in Vaijapur, India. She learned how to cook not only from her mother and grandmother, but also from her many aunts and cousins. For the past 25 years, she has been helping others to discover the delicious world of Indian cooking. Having taught a four credit course at the State University of New York at Buffalo as well as a number of private classes.
